This is mock content for development. Final copy will be reviewed clinically and legally before launch.

1. Who is the controller?

The mock Amae website is operated by the project owner during development. Final legal entity, registered address, and contact details will be confirmed before launch.

2. What data do we process?

For the contact form: name, email address, subject, message content, and consent timestamp. Accounts and booking will have separate notices in later phases.

3. Legal basis and purpose

Messages are processed based on your consent, solely to respond to your enquiry. Marketing newsletters require separate explicit consent and are not enabled yet.

4. Retention

In the development environment, messages may be kept temporarily for testing. Production retention periods will be defined in an approved schedule.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, or withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
