Cancellation policy

This is mock content for development. Final copy will be reviewed clinically and legally before launch.

1. Cancellation window

Mock rule: appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. The final policy will be approved with the live booking system.

2. Late cancellation

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a partial or full session fee — this will always be stated in writing beforehand.

3. Changes on our side

If Amae needs to change an appointment, we will offer an alternative time or refund any fee already paid.
